Edward (Fresno, CA) Just want to say thanks to Bryan for his professional service. He came by last Friday, 30 Sep was able to fix my new trainer. I have not been able to use it since receiving it on the 5th of Aug 2011. I spent some time on it that evening and it runs great.

He was able to repair the machine and troubleshoot the problems for me the same day. We had parts sent to us twice before Will arrived. There appears to be some screws missing from when it was torn apart by the other tech, so I believe he will be ordering these. He is a very friendly tech that didn't hesitate to explain what he was fixing. The resistance problem appears to be fixed and he has also resolved the clicking issue. I've seen negative feedback on the bike so I wasn't very hopeful that there would be a fix, but Rick went above and beyond to make the bike work properly. I appreciate someone that doesn't leave a mess behind!
